This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Oversee the largest and most intricate End User Accounts.
• Collaborate directly with a diverse range of key stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• The National NAM Team is tasked with managing the HQ from an End User perspective.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with leading National Account End User Customers.
• Effectively engage Grainger Leadership by aligning our Value Proposition with their KPIs.
• Regularly review business with End User Customers on a monthly or quarterly basis to ensure growth targets are met.
• Concentrate on Core End User Accounts that will generate the most significant impact.
• Shorten the Sales Cycle by aligning our solutions with the needs of the End User Customer.
• Travel extensively across the country to visit Top End User Accounts and key stakeholders.
• Assist in negotiating annual End User Agreements and/or National Programs.
• Maintain ongoing support and communication with field teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing within the Construction and Industrial sectors.
• Previous Sales management and key account experience is essential.
• Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable speaking in front of large audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong adaptability to changing business practices and market conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities with a solid track record of driving sales growth.
• Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across various levels within the business unit (e.g., Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, etc.).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
