This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and nurture relationships while understanding client needs and objectives, ensuring company solutions align with those requirements.
• Conduct both in-person and/or virtual sales calls to deliver presentations, provide pricing, and secure sales.
• Create and execute account plans and strategies aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets.
• Collaborate closely with the executive team to formulate and implement long-term strategic initiatives.
• Carry out market research and analysis to remain ahead of industry trends.
• Suggest initiatives to strengthen the company's position within national accounts.
• Ensure effective communication between internal teams and national accounts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to guarantee the smooth execution of account strategies.
• Provide regular updates to leadership regarding account performance and market trends.
• Make informed process and business decisions based on a comprehensive understanding of the company, customers, and industry practices, standards, and trends.
• Consistently perform high-quality analyses.
• Execute additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 4-6 years of pertinent experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in account management or field sales.
• Requires comprehensive conceptual and practical knowledge in the respective job discipline.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• High level of integrity and discretion in managing sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Flexible mindset, adaptable to change, a team player, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exhibits a high degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
