This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee business development and nurture significant client relationships within our Food, Beverage, and Nutrition sector.
• Manage a portfolio with an annual revenue goal ranging from $15 to $25 million.
• Engage daily with internal teams including engineering, R&D, design, and operations to define project scopes and provide technical solutions.
• Travel nationally to connect directly with clients at both corporate offices and manufacturing sites.
• Report directly to a seasoned Sales Director.
• Willingness and capability to undertake 70-75% Overnight Travel throughout the country.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex, long-cycle technical sales or account management efforts.
• Proficient in managing extended sales processes (12–24 months) involving various stakeholders at both executive and plant levels.
• Strong leadership skills across multiple crafts or functions to effectively manage projects through influence within internal engineering and R&D teams.
• A proactive approach, dedicating approximately 60% of your efforts to new business development and 40% to account management.
