This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated national account client(s), ensuring effective day-to-day relationship management.
• Oversee account performance in relation to key client KPIs, service level agreements, and contractual obligations.
• Implement fiscal year goals, focusing on revenue growth, base business expansion, profitability, and client retention.
• Assist in contract management tasks, including renewals, extensions, and adherence to contractual terms.
• Discover and implement opportunities for account growth, including program enhancements and adjacent services (OCS, vending, micromarkets, etc.).
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Sales to ensure consistent execution and address client needs effectively.
• Support pricing execution, including audits and alignment with contract stipulations.
• Work with Billing & Collections to enhance AR performance and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances.
• Prepare and conduct client business reviews (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual), providing comprehensive reporting and insights.
• Assist in the onboarding and implementation process for new clients joining the portfolio.
• Lead or assist in retention initiatives for assigned accounts, including involvement in renewal and RFP processes.
• Keep accurate account documentation and updates within systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or client relations.
• Preferred experience in managing large or multi-location accounts.
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, including revenue, profit, and AR management.
• Demonstrated ability to foster account growth and retention.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse portfolio of accounts.
• Excellent collaboration skills within a matrixed organizational structure.
• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to tackle operational and client-related challenges.
