This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
⢠Oversee a consultative sales process to effectively secure new business opportunities related to the VISC suite of products and services, including but not limited to Claims Analytics and ClaimSearch solutions.
⢠Comprehend and adeptly navigate the intricate decision-making processes within client organizations, successfully facilitating consensus to achieve favorable outcomes.
⢠Foster positive relationships and ensure the satisfaction of existing clients to maintain or enhance their revenue contributions to ISO.
⢠Engage in the research, design, and implementation of new products and services that align with customer requirements.
⢠Accurately maintain sales pipeline revenue projections and ensure CRM systems are updated with this information.
⢠A minimum of 5 years of experience in a complex sales environment, ideally focused on selling claims solutions and services to prominent insurers, TPAs, and state or municipal entities.
⢠Familiarity with VISC Insurance products, solutions, and services is preferred; alternatively, a strong understanding of the insurance industry, relevant solutions, contacts, and revenue cycle operations is required.
⢠Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
⢠Ability to develop and implement tactical sales plans, including quotas and account objectives.
⢠Capacity to manage multiple complex tasks or projects simultaneously, prioritize and organize effectively, and take initiative when necessary.
⢠Superior listening skills and the ability to understand and adapt to individuals across various organizational levels and functional roles.
⢠Proficient in engaging with senior management.
⢠Demonstrated success in a consultative sales environment, consistently achieving or surpassing assigned sales targets.
⢠Experience collaborating closely with operations teams to support onboarding, implementations, and relationship-building in account management.
⢠Willingness to travel up to 75% and work independently as a remote employee with minimal supervision.
⢠Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; proficiency in office software including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Salesforce.com is necessary.
