• Enhance current CCS customer accounts by increasing spending, project involvement, and geographical reach.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and labor strategies.
• Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across various trades and regions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a long sales cycle, B2B setting.
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Demonstrated capability to engage in executive-level discussions and influence senior decision-makers in operations, procurement, and executive leadership.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally 40–60% based on client requirements, project timelines, and business development efforts.
