This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process from qualification to closing high-value enterprise accounts across various verticals.
• Gain a deep understanding of client challenges and align BCM One’s suite of solutions to achieve their business goals.
• Serve as a consultative partner, working collaboratively with Sales Engineers, Product, and Support teams to create and deliver engaging technical solutions.
• Manage and nurture relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities utilizing solution-oriented selling strategies.
• Represent the BCM One brand with professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to customer success.
• Over 5 years of experience in value-based selling, particularly in B2B markets.
• Familiarity with channel sales and a solid understanding of voice, data, UCaaS / CCaaS, networking, and cloud solutions is essential.
• A proven history of consistently surpassing sales quotas in a complex sales setting.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation capabilities; adept at simplifying complex concepts.
• A solution-oriented mindset; you excel at crafting solutions rather than merely pushing products.
• Experience in selling to enterprise and mid-market clients across diverse industries.
