This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Customized Account Planning: Develop, implement, and communicate account-specific strategies and business plans that promote optimal access, formulary inclusion, and utilization growth for both current and future products.
• Market Landscape Evaluation: Perform thorough payer and institutional market analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of evolving healthcare delivery models, localized utilization controls, and complex health system economics.
• Trend Monitoring: Monitor and assess account-level economics, budgetary impacts, policy/practice changes, and competitive access dynamics to anticipate shifts in commercial threats and opportunities.
• Business Case Formulation: Create detailed access strategy business cases, data-driven insights, and structured commercial recommendations for evaluation by various internal leadership bodies to enhance long-term portfolio value.
• Executive Influence: Develop and utilize a broad network of senior-level relationships with key institutional decision-makers, including Chief Pharmacy Officers, clinical pharmacists, medical directors, and P&T Committee members.
• Clinical Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with hospital/cancer center administrators, service line leaders, and key opinion leaders to align institutional clinical protocols with Invivyd’s therapeutic advantages.
• Operational Partnerships: Build trust-based networks with institutional billing, procurement, reimbursement, and patient assistance teams to guarantee end-to-end operational coherence.
• Contract Negotiation: Assess contracting options, lead intricate institutional contract negotiations, and manage the entire contract lifecycle to optimize volume and revenue growth.
• Complex Access Management: Navigate access pathways through intricate buy-and-bill mechanics, medical and pharmacy benefit frameworks, Average Sales Price (ASP), Wholesale Acquisition Cost (WAC), and 340B pricing models.
• Accountability for Performance: Conduct disciplined Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with targeted health systems to track utilization, assess compliance, and address systemic distribution or procurement challenges.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal matrix teams—including Market Access, HEOR/RWE, Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Trade & Distribution—to ensure corporate alignment.
• Field Coordination: Mobilize and organize internal field resources (Field Sales, Field Reimbursement Managers, and Patient Support Services) to implement effective, localized push/pull-through strategies.
• Educational Resource Deployment: Utilize approved clinical and health economic resources with relevant customer stakeholders to inform on growth-driving therapeutic areas and reimbursement navigation.
• Launch & Pipeline Preparation: Ready large health systems for upcoming pipeline assets, establishing an operational framework capable of swiftly adopting future product iterations generated by Invivyd’s platform.
• Ethical Conduct: Carry out all business activities with the utmost ethical standards, ensuring strict adherence to the Invivyd Pharmaceuticals Code of Conduct.
• Regulatory Compliance: Fully comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, anti-kickback statutes, the Sunshine Act, PhRMA guidelines, and corporate policies, ensuring compliance from others within the matrix.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• A master’s degree or other advanced clinical or business qualification (e.g., MBA, PharmD, MHA, or MS) is preferred.
• More than 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology account management, market access, or institutional network management.
• Direct experience in launching new products or complex biologics in a highly specialized or rapid-response therapeutic area.
• Proven, active access to pharmacy directors, medical directors, and influential decision-makers within major national health systems, IDNs, or payer accounts.
• Extensive operational understanding of buy-and-bill biologics and pathway-to-acquisition dynamics (including ASP, WAC, and 340B pricing models).
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple complex tasks concurrently and effectively lead cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing markets or organizational priorities.
• Strong digital productivity skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% for key account meetings, field execution, and cross-functional corporate planning.
