
National Account Director – Immunology and Gene Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Accountable for executing a strategic engagement strategy at designated accounts to ensure product accessibility and coverage for a gene therapy.
• Recognize opportunities and emerging trends for collaborative partnerships that benefit both parties.
• Engage regularly with targeted accounts, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), providers, and administrators to enhance product comprehension.
• Work in partnership with various departments and key stakeholders within EVERSANA and client organizations.
• Formulate and execute strategies tailored to specific assigned accounts.
• Oversee the distribution of value-based healthcare commercial resources.
• Take part in cross-functional market meetings that emphasize account/customer profiling and performance engagement.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• A minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical payer account management and hospital sales experience, either current or prior.
• Technical understanding of healthcare reimbursement from both patient and provider perspectives.
• Familiarity with Buy and Bill drug reimbursement processes involving payers and Medicare MACs.
• Experience in product launches, preferably at small to mid-sized companies.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to build strong, trustworthy partnerships that drive performance.
• Highly skilled in both verbal and written communication; employs advanced presentation techniques for delivering corporate-approved materials.
• Proficient business analytical skills for identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Capability to clearly and succinctly explain scientific and clinical elements of disease education and management, mechanism of action (MOA), and treatment prescribing information.
