This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Acts as the main liaison between Meitheal Pharmaceuticals and national wholesaler distribution partnerships, along with other key strategic clients.
• Responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with wholesaler distribution and other essential partners.
• Oversees all activities associated with channel distribution and additional customer support.
• Collaborates with Pricing, Contract Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance to assist in managing wholesaler distribution and customer agreements.
• Provides insights on channel trends and monitors distribution services to guarantee optimal performance.
• Conducts accurate, timely, and effective business review meetings while resolving customer service-related issues.
• Cultivates multi-level relationships with the national customer base through quarterly business reviews with key clients.
• Aids in the daily operations with wholesaler distribution partners to ensure effective and efficient distribution to end-user customers.
• Offers recommendations on business opportunities to stimulate growth within the assigned customer base (wholesaler source programs).
• Champions strategic initiatives to enhance Meitheal’s competitive stance within distribution channels.
• Ensures that strategies for Meitheal products are executed to meet budgetary and company objectives.
• Collects relevant information to facilitate the successful launch of new products.
• Engages in the formulation of sales strategies by product and customer.
• Fosters the Meitheal culture through positive interpersonal interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related trade and channel distribution.
• Proficient in establishing wholesaler distribution partnerships or possess a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Must be willing and able to travel 50% of the time and possess high energy levels.
• Requires regular travel to the Corporate Office.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
