This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Identify, audit, and oversee all online listings and business profiles for assigned clients to ensure accurate and consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone) information.
• Analyze citation data to determine NAP consistency scores and monitor improvements over time.
• Resolve NAP-related discrepancies by updating listings and coordinating adjustments across third-party platforms.
• Engage with external directory administrators and partners through email and phone to request, follow up on, and confirm approved updates.
• Collaborate closely with the Client Servicing Team to secure verification PINs, access codes, and necessary client documentation for profile verification.
• Stay updated on the latest NAP consistency standards, local SEO best practices, and search engine guidelines.
• Compile and maintain comprehensive NAP reports, address client inquiries, and contribute to strategies that enhance online data accuracy.
• Participate in client calls and Zoom meetings, as needed, to present findings, progress, and next steps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the capability to clearly articulate findings and updates.
• Strong research and analytical abilities, with a solid understanding of how to verify online data.
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including knowledge of online marketing concepts and digital communication tools such as Zoom and Skype.
• Proven experience utilizing Google Docs and Google Sheets for documentation, data analysis, and reporting purposes.
• Comprehensive understanding of online marketing fundamentals, especially how NAP consistency impacts local search visibility and digital presence.
• Experience with ticketing or task management systems to track work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
