Music Production Expert, Swedish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess AI-generated songs for musicality, originality, creativity, adherence to prompts, vocal quality and performance, as well as production and mixing standards.

• Categorize and label songs according to genre, musical composition, instrumentation, vocal traits, and other pertinent characteristics.

• Analyze AI-generated lyrics and vocal performances against reference materials for quality, accuracy, and coherence.

• Detect nuanced issues in arrangement, performance, mixing, production, and overall musical execution.

• Consistently apply detailed evaluation criteria across various musical styles and genres.

• Deliver clear, structured feedback aimed at enhancing the quality and reliability of AI-generated music.

• Utilize professional listening skills to differentiate between technically proficient productions and those with creative or audio-quality shortcomings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Swedish.

• Capability to comprehend and adhere to detailed written instructions in English.

• Over 2 years of professional experience in roles such as music producer, audio engineer, mixing engineer, recording engineer, or a closely related field in professional audio.

• Strong knowledge of the Swedish music industry and contemporary Swedish music trends.

• Access to high-quality headphones or studio monitors appropriate for critical listening.

• Ability to objectively assess music against structured quality criteria.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capacity to clearly articulate observations in written English.

• Willingness to undergo a Bilingual Competency Interview in Swedish.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Currently, H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported.
