Music Production Expert, Bengali

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct head-to-head comparisons of AI-generated songs based on musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production/mix quality.

• Categorize songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other musical traits.

• Assess AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference materials for quality and precision.

• Collaborate with a leading AI laboratory to evaluate generative music AI models.

• Work in both Bengali and English.

• Execute projects on a flexible schedule, typically requiring about 20 hours per week from experts.

• Complete the application and Bilingual Competency Interview in Bengali.

• Provide musical expertise to train and improve AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Bengali.

• Ability to adhere to detailed written instructions in English.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.

• Access to headphones or studio monitors that are suitable for critical listening.

• Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition (preferred).

• Credited or commercially released work in production, engineering, or mixing (preferred).

• A broad understanding of contemporary Bengali genres, sub-genres, and artists (preferred).

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
