Music Production Expert – Bengali

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated songs through direct comparisons based on musicality, creativity, adherence to prompts, vocal quality, and production/mixing standards.

• Categorize songs by genre, structure, instrumentation, vocals, and other musical traits.

• Assess AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference materials to ensure quality and precision.

• Participate in projects aimed at training and improving generative music AI systems.

• Complete the Bilingual Competency Interview in Bengali as part of the onboarding process.

• Operate independently on a flexible schedule, typically around 20 hours per week, with no upper limit on hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Bengali.

• Capability to adhere to detailed written instructions in English.

• Over 2 years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.

• Possess headphones or studio monitors that are suitable for critical listening.

• Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition is preferred but not mandatory.

• Credited or commercially released work in production, engineering, or mixing is a plus.

• A broad understanding of contemporary Bengali genres, sub-genres, and artists is advantageous.

• Must be able to function as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible for this position.
