This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with music educators, school leaders, and administrators.
• Act as the main point of contact for school music initiatives within your designated territory.
• Increase participation in instrument rentals by collaborating closely with educators and engaging families.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with affiliate dealers, including the identification of new local partners.
• Assist in connecting students from school programs to Ensemble lesson schools.
• Organize and support significant events such as recruitment nights, parent gatherings, and instrument trial days.
• Oversee your territory plan, monitor activities, and maintain consistent follow-up to achieve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address delivery, service, and program requirements.
• Experience in working with school music programs, music educators, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated capability to manage and expand a specific territory, including driving participation, revenue, or business results.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and sustain long-term partnerships.
• Proven experience working independently in a field-based role.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and follow-through abilities.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within a designated territory.
• Capacity to lift and transport instruments and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
