Music Education Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture strong connections with music educators, school leaders, and administrators.

• Act as the main point of contact for school music programs within your designated territory.

• Increase participation in instrument rentals by collaborating closely with educators and engaging with families.

• Develop and enhance relationships with affiliate dealers, including the identification of new local partners.

• Assist in connecting students from school programs to Ensemble lesson schools.

• Organize and support significant events such as recruitment nights, parent nights, and instrument trial events.

• Oversee your territory plan, monitor activities, and consistently follow up to achieve results.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery, service, and program requirements.

• Experience in working with school music programs, music educators, or a closely related setting.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and expand a defined territory, driving participation, revenue, or business outcomes.

• Excellent relationship-building skills with a capacity to establish trust and maintain long-term partnerships.

• Experience working independently in a field-based capacity.

• Strong communication, organizational skills, and follow-through capabilities.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within a specified territory.

• Ability to lift and transport instruments and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
