Music Education Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture strong connections with music educators, school leaders, and administrators.

• Act as the main point of contact for music programs within your designated territory.

• Increase instrument rental participation by collaborating with educators and engaging families.

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with affiliate dealers, including the identification of new local partners.

• Assist in connecting students from school programs with Ensemble lesson schools.

• Organize and support significant events such as recruitment nights, parent nights, and instrument trial events.

• Oversee your territory plan, monitor activities, and consistently follow up to achieve results.

• Collaborate with internal teams to assist with delivery, service, and program requirements.

• Experience in collaborating with school music programs, music educators, or a closely related setting.

• Demonstrated capability to manage and expand a defined territory, focusing on participation, revenue, or business outcomes.

• Excellent relationship-building abilities with a talent for establishing trust and maintaining long-term partnerships.

• Experience working independently in a field-based position.

• Strong skills in communication, organization, and follow-through.

• Valid driver's license and capacity to travel within a designated territory.

• Ability to lift and transport instruments and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
