• Establish and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients through meetings, emails, or phone calls to achieve or surpass set sales targets.
• Advocate for SJE’s Controls and Level Sensing Technologies (CLT) products within the municipal water and wastewater sector.
• Collaborate with clients to identify solutions to their challenges and provide product training for staff, distributors, and end-users.
• Evaluate market trends to uncover new product opportunities and create value propositions and case studies.
• Organize and represent SJE at regional and national trade exhibitions and coordinate regional and national distribution meetings throughout the area.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• A strong motivation to succeed and a high level of organization.
• Advanced technical automation skills to meet customer and company requirements.
• A solid understanding of representative management, territory awareness, and relationship building.
• A 2-year technical degree or a 4-year bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with 7-10 years of experience is preferred.
