Multimedia Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive multimedia localization projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and compliance with client specifications.

• Collaborate with diverse teams, including translators, subtitle editors, adapters, audio engineers, voice talents, and video editors.

• Engage with clients to collect requirements, clarify expectations, and maintain open communication throughout each phase of the project.

• Identify potential risks, devise contingency plans, and guarantee seamless project implementation.

• Assist in the onboarding and training of new personnel in multimedia processes and tools.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI advancements in multimedia localization.

• Monitor and evaluate project KPIs, contributing to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Translation, Interpretation, Audiovisual Communication, or a related field).

• At least two years of experience in project management within the multimedia, localization, dubbing, or post-production sectors.

• Strong understanding of multimedia workflows, particularly in dubbing and adaptation processes.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with Subtitle Edit is preferred.

• Experience with multimedia tools such as ElevenLabs, Adobe Premiere, or similar software is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Gmail tools, and project management systems.

• Must be available to work remotely in LATAM or European time zones, Monday to Friday.
