Multimedia Production Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop, edit, and create multimedia content, including videos, motion graphics, presentations, and digital assets.

• Craft visually appealing materials for marketing initiatives, social media, websites, events, and internal communications.

• Work in partnership with marketing, content, and leadership teams to transform ideas into captivating visual content.

• Oversee projects from initial concept to final delivery while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

• Assist with video production activities, such as filming, editing, sound synchronization, and post-production tasks.

• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and communication platforms.

• Tailor multimedia content for different platforms, including web, mobile, and social media channels.

• Organize and oversee digital assets, files, and production libraries efficiently.

• Stay updated on design trends, multimedia tools, and new content formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Video Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in multimedia production, graphic design, video editing, or similar creative roles.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign.

• Experience in producing content for digital marketing and social media platforms.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates multimedia, video, and design expertise.

• Exceptional visual storytelling, design, and editing abilities.

• Strong project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
