This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Create explainer videos to support HR and Total Rewards initiatives (e.g., updates on benefits, program launches)

• Develop animated content for campaigns like open enrollment, wellbeing programs, and employee initiatives

• Produce short-form, "snackable" video content tailored for both employees and managers

• Aid in leadership storytelling through internal videos, clips, and executive communications

• Collaborate closely with communications leaders to transform messaging into impactful motion and video content

• Contribute to innovative concept development and storytelling methods that boost engagement and clarity

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in motion design and animation, with proficiency in tools such as After Effects

• Strong skills in video editing and storytelling, including pacing, sequencing, and narrative crafting

• Preferred experience in producing short-form, engaging video content for internal or enterprise audiences

• Capability to distill complex topics into clear, visually appealing narratives

• Keen attention to detail and consistency across various assets

• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting
