Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create and animate effective video advertisements and UGC-style content for paid social media campaigns.

• Generate innovative concepts, engaging hooks, and visual storytelling ideas from the initial idea to the final product.

• Create content tailored for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging acquisition platforms.

• Explore a diverse array of creative styles, ranging from refined motion graphics to authentic social media content.

• Provide a steady stream of creative assets and variations that are optimized for quick testing.

• Work in close collaboration with producers, growth marketers, and user acquisition teams to enhance campaign performance.

• Evaluate creative performance and refine approaches based on engagement and conversion metrics.

• Ensure a consistent visual identity while continually seeking new creative avenues.

• Offer suggestions that enhance creative workflows, production quality, and campaign success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating motion graphics and video content for digital marketing or paid social campaigns.

• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design skills; experience with performance marketing creatives is particularly advantageous.

• Advanced expertise in After Effects, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and contemporary creative production tools.

• Excellent grasp of animation principles, composition, typography, color theory, pacing, and visual storytelling.

• Experience in designing creatives optimized for social media platforms and short-form video formats.

• Solid understanding of advertising essentials, including hooks, emotional storytelling, and persuasive calls-to-action.

• Familiarity with integrating AI-driven creative tools for image, video, audio, or production processes.

• Capability to oversee multiple creative projects in a fast-paced setting with little supervision.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
