This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Develop product videos and motion graphics (walkthroughs, feature clips, explainers) from initial concept to final production.

• Craft web motion experiences (hero loops, micro-interactions, hover states) that align with our design guidelines.

• Create high-impact creatives for experiments (A/B testing across various formats, durations, and messaging).

• Produce multi-format assets for web and paid advertising channels, ensuring consistency across different breakpoints and platforms.

• Manage art finalization for digital outputs (exports, formats, performance optimization, accessibility).

• Collaborate with Web and Front-end teams on implementation (Lottie, SVG, motion specifications).

• Maintain organized libraries, templates, and reusable components.

• Conduct quality assurance on assets across devices, browsers, and formats to guarantee quality and performance.

• Contribute to motion guidelines and ensure system consistency.

• Work with Marketing to iterate based on performance metrics (e.g., engagement, click-through).

• 3–5 years of experience in motion design, video editing, and graphic design (either agency or in-house).

• A robust portfolio showcasing product or SaaS videos.

• Proficiency in motion for web (micro-interactions, UI animations).

• Experience in creating social or advertising creatives.

• Strong foundation in clean, modern design principles.

• Practical experience with art finalization and production-ready assets.

• Familiarity with designing for web and performance marketing (including multiple formats and aspect ratios).

• Ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, UX, and Engineering teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and consistency.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting and manage priorities efficiently.
