This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.
• Develop fundraising and communication materials, which encompass donor communications, social media graphics, brochures, impact infographics, digital banners, website content, and engaging presentation decks.
• Uphold and refine the organization’s brand standards, presentation templates, and corporate stationery.
• Tailor designs to suit donor audiences, including high-net-worth individuals, foundations, corporate partners, and prospective clients.
• Create visual content for campaigns that aid in major gift cultivation, individual contributions, and online donor engagement.
• Build and oversee a digital library containing photos, videos, animations, graphics, and templates.
• Manage brand architecture and develop as well as maintain brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to produce cohesive visuals that align with the organization’s objectives.
• Provide assistance with campaign landing pages, e-newsletters, and materials for virtual events.
• Support a mobile-first website strategy with engaging visual content and adherence to accessibility standards.
• Plan and produce professional videography and photography for field programs, storytelling, and impact documentation.
• Personally capture content and recruit as well as supervise external partners on-site.
• Edit and finalize photo and video assets for websites, social media, grant proposals, and stewardship materials.
• Generate culturally sensitive imagery and footage while observing appropriate privacy considerations.
• Edit raw footage, sound effects, and visual special effects.
• Create visuals for social media, short-form videos, and motion graphics for donor acquisition, storytelling, and awareness campaigns.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom), or other relevant tools like Affinity, Canva, or CapCut.
• Experience in crafting dynamic business or donor presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, or similar software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia and graphic design, digital assets, photography, videography, and traditional graphic design.
• Proven experience in creating content for social media.
• Background in web design.
• Familiarity with print production and best practices for digital optimization.
• Demonstrated commitment to humanitarian aid, global health, development work, or a comparable mission.
• Significant overlap in daily availability with US East Coast business hours.
• Working knowledge of 3D modeling and texturing tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
• Experience responsibly utilizing AI tools to scale variations of ad creatives and assets.
• Background in designing direct-response marketing materials and executing A/B testing.
• Deep understanding of WCAG and ADA-compliant design standards.
• Experience supervising freelance designers or reviewing creative outputs.
• Familiarity with online working environments and tools such as Notion, Zulip, Loom, and Linear.
• Specialized digital portfolio highlighting web graphics, custom motion graphics, videos, animations, digital ads, and marketing materials.
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or a similar environment with a design and/or multimedia focus.
