Multifamily Production Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide support and assistance to the Production Team in the origination and structuring of permanent financing and/or recapitalization for commercial properties.

• Conduct property inspections, perform initial sizing of deals in accordance with Freddie Mac’s credit policies, and manage the quoting and deal structuring process.

• Work in conjunction with the underwriting team to negotiate transaction terms, ensuring effective communication and smooth execution.

• Aid in deal management throughout the rate lock process and participate as needed when issues arise during underwriting, commitment, and closing phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on Multifamily being advantageous.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Must be open to travel (up to 25%).
