Multi-Solutions Architect – Digital Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage large-scale solutions within Adobe Experience Cloud products.

• Evaluate client digital ecosystems and create long-term architecture and digital transformation strategies.

• Develop architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution design materials.

• Outline project scope, estimates, timelines, resource needs, and delivery plans.

• Produce proof of concepts, integrations, and production solutions utilizing TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java.

• Utilize AI engineering tools to enhance development speed, automate workflows, and boost delivery efficiency.

• Design and deploy AI-driven solutions, agentic workflows, and engineering automation systems.

• Guide technical architecture choices and offer insights on platform integrations and enterprise solutions.

• Set up testing strategies, governance structures, and quality assurance procedures.

• Establish project success metrics and evaluation methodologies.

• Collaborate with engineering, strategy, sales, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Present technical solutions and architectural recommendations to executive and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of software engineering experience, with a focus on leading large-scale global technology delivery initiatives.

• 4+ years of practical experience in architecting and implementing various Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (AEM, AEP, RTCDP, Analytics, Target, Workfront, Fusion, Edge Delivery Services, Campaign, Journey Optimizer, or comparable).

• Adobe Multi-Solution Architect certification along with other relevant Adobe credentials.

• Solid background in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, and MarTech implementations.

• Proven expertise with enterprise CMS platforms, including headless CMS solutions like Contentful, Sanity, and Contentstack.

• Strong hands-on development experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Python, Java, and API integrations.

• Experience leading solution architecture, technical design, pre-sales activities, project estimation, and scope definition.

• Expertise in enterprise system architecture, technical leadership, and making architectural decisions.

• Experience in modern engineering environments adopting Agile, iterative delivery, and continuous improvement practices.

• Excellent client-facing communication skills, along with experience in managing executive stakeholders and commercial consulting.

• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude, Cursor, V0, Vercel, or equivalent platforms.

• Experience in developing AI agents, workflow orchestration, automation solutions, and agentic engineering capabilities.

• Experience collaborating with enterprise clients across the US and EU markets.
