Multi-Skilled Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Address service requests for minor repairs on a diverse range of in-store equipment, including beverage and food machinery, ice makers, and fuel dispensers.

• Manage orders pertaining to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance concerns.

• Oversee parts inventory and prepare daily reports to enhance operational efficiency.

• Perform a variety of additional responsibilities, such as training entry-level technicians, prioritizing tasks, and conducting basic maintenance on facilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year in general repairs and maintenance.

• Valid Driver’s License is required.

• Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities, peer-to-peer technical support, effective communication skills, capacity to handle stretch assignments, ownership of facility locations, and strong time management skills.
