This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
β’ Address service requests for minor repairs on a diverse range of in-store equipment, including beverage and food machinery, ice makers, and fuel dispensers.
β’ Manage orders pertaining to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance concerns.
β’ Oversee parts inventory and prepare daily reports to enhance operational efficiency.
β’ Perform a variety of additional responsibilities, such as training entry-level technicians, prioritizing tasks, and conducting basic maintenance on facilities.
β’ Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
β’ Experience: A minimum of 1 year in general repairs and maintenance.
β’ Valid Driverβs License is required.
β’ Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities, peer-to-peer technical support, effective communication skills, capacity to handle stretch assignments, ownership of facility locations, and strong time management skills.
