This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Spearhead and coordinate multi-market initiatives across various regions, collaborating with business development teams, sector leaders, and service lines to pinpoint, qualify, and secure intricate opportunities.
• Formulate pursuit strategies across diverse geographies, ensuring coherence on scope, pricing, staffing, risk management, and delivery methodologies.
• Oversee RFP submissions, presentations, and client interviews for substantial, multifaceted, multi-market projects.
• Work closely with local market, regional, and account leadership to create integrated solutions, competitive fee structures, and staffing plans.
• Keep track of multi-market pipeline activities, predicting potential revenue and assessing conversion effectiveness.
• Serve as a senior client-facing representative throughout the pursuit closure and early engagement stages.
• Partner with marketing teams to design and maintain multi-market-specific materials for swift response needs and sector-specific opportunities.
• Create structured account management frameworks for multi-market and national clients.
• Develop governance frameworks, communication protocols, escalation pathways, and reporting standards across regions and service lines.
• Ensure uniformity in service delivery, risk management, and quality assurance across all geographies.
• Supervise financial performance, delivery quality, and client satisfaction across active multi-market accounts.
• Proven experience in leading multi-market or national accounts is preferred.
• Experience with both occupier and investor clients is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (PMP, LEED, etc.) are preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in project management, construction management, real estate, or professional services.
• Strong expertise in business development, complex pursuits, and managing client relationships.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies within a matrixed organization.
• Comprehensive understanding of project delivery models, staffing strategies, commercial frameworks, and risk management principles.
