Multi-Country Programme Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ghana.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete delivery of multi-country cohorts in satellite markets.

• Oversee In-country Coordinators and teams in each respective satellite market.

• Address and resolve operational challenges that are specific to multi-country delivery.

• Assist in formulating strategies for partnership, market entry, and scaling operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in programme management, operations, or project coordination.

• A proven history of successfully managing multi-country or multi-site programmes.

• Excellent project management capabilities.

• Proficient in using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, and Monday.com, along with data systems like Salesforce and Google Workspace.

• Experience in fostering high performance within a remote environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong orientation towards problem-solving.
