This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Act as the primary program leader accountable for the successful fulfillment of all contract obligations throughout the entire period of performance.
• Provide comprehensive program management, oversight, and coordination for platform development, evaluation, authorization, operational activities, and transition processes.
• Serve as the main point of contact with Government stakeholders, engaging in scheduled and ad-hoc meetings while ensuring timely communication of decisions and action items.
• Create, execute, and sustain a program management framework that encompasses schedules, work breakdown structures, risk and issue logs, dashboards, and labor hour reporting.
• Supervise cost, schedule, and performance tracking to guarantee adherence to contract specifications and Not-To-Exceed (NTE) limitations.
• Lead both transition-in and transition-out activities to ensure operational continuity, knowledge transfer, and proper documentation handover.
• Ensure compliance with federal security, privacy, and IT regulations, including the coordination of assessment and authorization (ATO) processes.
• Oversee contractor and subcontractor staff, ensuring that staffing levels, qualifications, and performance align with contractual expectations.
• Deliver regular program status updates, including required weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least FIVE (5) years of technical experience in supporting IT systems, platforms, or infrastructure within complex environments.
• A minimum of TWO (2) years of experience managing projects or programs of comparable size and scope in a federal or highly regulated environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of federal and NIH security policies along with relevant IT standards.
• Strong expertise in technologies, network devices, hardware, and software pertinent to enterprise IT and cloud settings.
• Professional certification relevant to the position, such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or SANS GSNA.
• Proven capability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to secure and maintain a Federal or DoD "public trust"; candidates must have approved adjudication of their public trust before onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an existing public trust or suitability are preferred.
