This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Deliver expert MuleSoft & Integrations product and implementation knowledge to assist in positioning, scoping, and scheduling MuleSoft Professional Services engagements, encompassing both customer-funded and internally funded projects.
• Collaborate and establish strong ties with License Sales and Professional Services OU colleagues to enhance understanding of our Services offerings.
• Interact with clients, including C-Level executives, utilizing a consultative sales technique that positions Salesforce and yourself as a reliable long-term advisor.
• Leverage industry knowledge and business acumen to comprehend customer motivations, business drivers, strategic objectives, and intended business results.
• Formulate a persuasive vision and effectively communicate our transformative solutions aimed at maximizing success and business value from customer investments.
• Continuously identify opportunities for ‘add-on’ services with existing clients.
• Participate in the creation of internal methodologies and standardized practices for application across Services OUs and other regional Practices.
• Achieve personal Services Key Strategic Objectives (KSOs), including individual utilization and influence on Services bookings.
• Willingness to travel to various North American locations (generally 10%-25% per quarter).
• Over 10 years of experience.
• Proficient in utilizing integration platforms to address real business challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of API-led connectivity, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, and the evolving AI/LLM ecosystem.
• Relevant product expertise in MuleSoft's Agentic enterprise Solutions, including AgentFabric, LLM Gateway, and MCP Bridge.
• Relevant experience with at least one cloud technology—such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (sizing, design, and scaling).
• Familiarity with various Integration Patterns and the ability to suggest appropriate patterns for addressing customer use cases.
• Strong understanding of MuleSoft's diverse deployment models, including CloudHub 2.0 and Runtime Fabric.
• Background in a Professional Services go-to-market or delivery role (e.g., Account Partner, Client Partner, Engagement Manager, pre-sales Architect).
• Capability to convert complex technical features into clear business results and ROI for clients.
• Experience in a consultative position, possessing a solid grasp of consumption sales, technology, and the role of software services in the overall sales process.
• Proven track record of growing accounts with large and complex pursuits or projects (valued at $M+).
• Demonstrated ability to influence audiences, facilitate solutions, and lead discussions on implementation methodology, roadmapping, enterprise transformation strategies, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions.
• Highly collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of succeeding in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, being a self-starter who can achieve results without extensive structure.
