This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and integrations utilizing the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Construct System, Process, and Experience APIs adhering to API-led connectivity principles.
• Develop and support integrations among CRM, ERP, data platforms, SaaS applications, and internal systems.
• Create reusable integration assets, connectors, templates, and shared services.
• Participate in technical design discussions to define integration architecture and establish best practices.
• Collect stakeholder requirements, assess business processes, and convert them into technical solutions.
• Develop versioned and documented APIs and services using RAML/OpenAPI specifications.
• Implement API security policies, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, basic authentication, mutual TLS, and API gateway controls.
• Diagnose performance issues, integration failures, and production incidents.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes for MuleSoft applications.
• Monitor integrations and APIs using platform tools and logging frameworks.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the establishment of development standards, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 4 years of experience in software development, integration, or API engineering.
• More than 3 years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience using Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Platform.
• Extensive experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with SOAP web services.
• Understanding of integration patterns, message transformation, orchestration, and error handling.
• Experience with DataWeave for mapping and transformation logic.
• Proficiency in Mule 4.
• Familiarity with API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange.
• Knowledge of RAML or OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
• Proficient in JSON, XML, and XSD.
• Experience integrating databases, file systems, SaaS platforms, and third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with source control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Availability in the CST time zone from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 7-hour overlap.
• Engagement length: 6 to 11 months.
• Overtime required: No.
