MSP/VMS Recruiter – Strategic Accounts

📋 Description

• Oversee the recruitment process for strategic skilled trades positions, which includes extensive sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top candidates to hiring managers.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates to guarantee a positive hiring experience.

• Handle a dynamic workload and adjust priorities as needed when directions change significantly.

• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing requirements.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting for skilled trades or construction roles.

• Familiarity with managing program/MSP accounts via VMS platforms.

• Proficient sourcing skills with a strong hunter mentality.

• Excellent organizational abilities to manage crucial details effectively.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated capability to perform well under pressure, promptly addressing frequent high-demand requests and needs.
