MSP Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services

• Diagnose and resolve Group Policy and identity-related issues

• Manage configurations for firewalls and VPNs

• Assist in the design of VLANs and subnets adhering to established standards

• Spearhead infrastructure enhancements and migrations

• Deploy secure configurations for Microsoft 365 and other cloud services

• Mitigate recurring issues through comprehensive documentation and training

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of practical experience in IT infrastructure

• Proficient in Windows Server administration

• Experience with firewall and VPN configuration and management

• Strong foundational knowledge of networking

• Established troubleshooting techniques

• Possession of MS-102 certification (or ability to secure it within 90 days)

• Network+ certification

• Security+ certification
