This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.
• Ensure the timely and precise processing of timesheets and invoices utilizing VMS technology.
• Investigate and address provider and client inquiries promptly with a customer-centric approach.
• Take responsibility for the error-free execution of the entire weekly pay and bill cycle.
• Input timesheets and expenses into the VMS tool from a variety of sources.
• Manage timesheet integrations and address integration exceptions.
• Audit timesheets and expenses to ensure compliance with client contractual billing guidelines.
• Issue invoices to customers for hours worked and other revenue streams, including travel, bonuses, and housing subsidies.
• Distribute invoices according to customer specifications.
• Process adjustments to timesheets and handle billing debits and credits.
• Investigate and resolve billing inquiries in designated mailboxes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for the processing cycle, including emailed invoices and reports.
• Conduct SOX and Internal Key Controls.
• Participate in special projects and undertake other assigned tasks.
• Analyze time-entry and time-approval processes and their implications for payroll and billing.
• Generate and assess queries and reports for weekly processing, research, and inquiries.
• Reconcile substantial amounts of data using Excel.
• Cultivate relationships with MSP Operations and client contacts.
• Collaborate with necessary departments to support customer objectives and enhance the client experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to effectively perform the essential functions of the job.
• 3 years of experience in billing, preferably within the Staffing industry.
• MSP/VMS staffing industry experience is highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of proven analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in client-facing roles and strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and task-focused with robust organizational abilities.
• Driven by deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to assist wherever needed.

• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with proficient skills in Excel.
