This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Design and implement strategies to integrate the Nexthink platform as a vital solution within workplace practices.
• Formulate and execute plans to increase Nexthink revenue through selected partners.
• Navigate organizational frameworks to cultivate both strategic and tactical partnerships.
• Grasp the business, solution, and technical requirements of global MSP/GSI entities.
• Create and implement a strategy aimed at achieving revenue and growth objectives.
• Carry out this strategy in collaboration with essential internal stakeholders.
• Develop and present persuasive value propositions surrounding Nexthink solutions.
• Utilize technical resources to support your partners effectively.
• Propel business development and Co-Sell initiatives alongside field sales, marketing, and leadership.
• Prepare and present business reviews to senior management regarding advancements and obstacles in partner development.
• Represent Nexthink at conferences, QBRs, and other events, enhancing brand visibility and presence.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the MSP/GSI marketplace.
• Create and distribute relevant materials to empower and educate field sales teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in developing, enabling, and supporting a partner community.
• More than 5 years of experience in technology platform sales.
• At least 5 years of partner/business development, enterprise sales, and GTM creation/management experience.
• Experience collaborating with or within MSP/GSI organizations.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing a go-to-market strategy.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of leading executive-level discussions.
• Collaborative mindset, effectively working with cross-functional teams for support.
• Background in the EUC industry.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Experience interacting with senior business and technology leaders.
• Ability to create and equip Field teams with valuable materials.
• Experience working alongside product teams and shaping product strategy based on partner insights.
• Comfortable with performance-related targets.
