MSL Support, Clinician Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acts as a primary contact for incoming clinician inquiries directed to the MSL team as necessary.

• Provides proactive onboarding assistance for new ordering clinicians.

• Monitors early ordering patterns and identifies opportunities for education, clarification, or escalation.

• Addresses routine, non-interpretive questions regarding test utilization, ordering workflows, and report navigation using approved resources; escalating nuanced or complex scientific discussions to the designated MSL.

• Routes requests for test result discussions and scientific consultations to the appropriate MSL.

• Prepares succinct background summaries or context to facilitate efficient communication hand-offs to other MSLs as required.

• Assists with follow-up clinician interactions following MSL engagements as appropriate.

• Occasionally attends conferences as needed.

• Manages and organizes shared MSL inboxes, ensuring responses are timely, professional, and accurate.

• Records clinician interactions, follow-ups, and escalations in designated tracking systems or CRM tools.

• Collaborates closely with MSLs, Medical Affairs leadership, and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent and high-quality external engagement.

• Contributes to the ongoing refinement of MSL workflows, templates, and clinician support materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in genetics, biology, healthcare, life sciences, or related fields.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to clinicians.

• High level of organization, meticulous attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple concurrent requests.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while closely collaborating with a national team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable with learning new systems and tools.

• Willingness to travel 25% as necessary.
