MS Dynamics Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (CE, F&O, or both), ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.

• Strategically plan, execute, and track project activities utilizing Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders.

• Proactively manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Lead essential meetings such as sprint planning, status updates, steering committees, and retrospectives.

• Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, KPIs, and deliverables, offering regular updates to leadership.

• Supervise resource allocation and capacity planning.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assist with change management, user adoption, and post-go-live activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of project management experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.

• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end ERP/CRM projects.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or both).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and/or traditional project management methodologies.

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.

• Proficient communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).

• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent are beneficial.

• Ability to effectively manage risks, budgets, and timelines.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1) is required.

• Must have experience working with U.S. clients.
