This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify and pursue potential new clients to drive business growth.
• Utilize market knowledge and competitor insights to establish the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Suggest campaigns designed to boost sales figures.
• Maintain a strong social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Cultivate relationships with various associations to create new business connections and expand your network.
• Attend industry functions, including trade shows and conferences, and provide feedback on new opportunities, competitive trends, and market intelligence.
• Develop strategic approaches and pitches through proposal creation that align with the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Engage in price-to-win strategies for solutions and services.
• Negotiate with clients to resolve differences and reach favorable conclusions.
• Monitor multiple tender websites for RFI/RFQ/RFP opportunities and prepare/submit tender responses as needed.
• Create and write MRO quotations and proposals with contributions from colleagues within the organization.
• Develop/write MRO agreements and ensure successful execution upon award.
• Serve as the primary contact representing the Sales Department to customers on MRO projects.
• Collaborate with the MRO Sales Director for approvals, financial budgets, compliance, and invoicing processes.
• Work alongside technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer requirements.
• Organize and participate in internal and external client debriefs at each aircraft delivery.
• Conduct follow-ups post-project delivery to maintain existing relationships and encourage re-engagement for future projects.
• Ensure CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems are kept current and accurate.
• A demonstrated history of success in MRO sales with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Post-secondary education in an aviation technical field, business development, marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• An AME License or a degree in Aerospace Engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency in customer communication software (e.g., PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
• Strong skills in spreadsheet creation and management for forecasting and price modeling (e.g., Excel).
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
