This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct on-site inspections of vehicles and damages of various types

• Generate detailed damage reports utilizing the iPad application

• Assess damage photos for accuracy and consistency

• Offer proactive advice to customers and oversee the claims process

• Collect evidence and ascertain accident circumstances along with damage valuations

• Regularly liaise with the expert team and engage in ongoing professional development

⛳️ Requirements

• Master craftsman qualification in motor vehicle trades (Meister), Dipl.-Ing., B.Sc., B.Eng., or equivalent training as an appraiser

• Enjoy engaging with people and present information confidently

• Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities

• Proficient in written and spoken German

• Enthusiastic about fieldwork

• Willingness to travel occasionally
