This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Timely preparation of engineering estimates in line with client specifications.
• Evaluate incident conditions to ascertain if damages may be associated with the incident.
• Ensure that cost estimates are justifiable and reasonable.
• Compare estimates with customer-specific rates when assigning a network repairer.
• Adjust estimates to rectify customer-specific rates when a network repairer is designated.
• Engage in negotiations with non-network repairers to minimize excessive costs.
• Authorize repair work related to incidents.
• Accurately assess vehicle values for total loss cases.
• Assist in the repair process for drivers involved in road incidents.
• Background in engineering along with experience in body shops.
• Proficient in using Audatex.
• Familiarity with the Case Management System.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
