Motion Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Create and develop motion graphics for digital marketing initiatives, social media platforms, websites, and product demonstrations.

• Edit and compile raw video footage into refined explainer videos, promotional reels, and corporate presentations.

• Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to grasp visual communication requirements.

• Provide innovative visual solutions.

• Produce static assets like web banners and basic layouts during periods of low motion/video project demand.

• Ensure that multimedia content adheres to brand standards and campaign objectives.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation methods, and video production tools.

• Oversee project timelines to guarantee timely delivery of content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in motion design or video editing.

• Strong showreel or portfolio showcasing relevant work.

• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other video editing software.

• Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Basic skills in static banner or graphic design.

• Understanding of pacing, audio synchronization, transitions, and storytelling within video formats.

• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
