• Design dynamic motion graphics for social media and advertising platforms, such as reels, stories, short loops, animated posts, and kinetic typography.
• Create various iterations for A/B testing, including hooks, CTAs, formats, color palettes, and copywriting.
• Transform static designs into animated formats while ensuring brand integrity and visual consistency.
• Establish and uphold a motion design system that encompasses animation templates, libraries, and export settings.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance production speed and generate variations that align with brand guidelines.
• Excellent command of English (minimum B1 level required, B2 preferred).
• Strong foundation in design principles: composition, typography, color theory, and branding consistency.
• Demonstrated experience in creating motion content for social media and advertisements (fast-paced, performance-oriented, and CTA-focused).
• Proficient in Figma and at least one rapid video-editing software (such as CapCut Desktop, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent).
• Systems-oriented mindset: experience with templates, reusable elements, and organized workflows.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Rive, Lottie, or animation workflows based on templates.
• Background in performance-driven creative work, including a testing approach and a grasp of conversion-focused design.
• Experience with After Effects, primarily for high-impact or flagship content rather than routine production tasks.
