Motion Designer – R&D, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Generate over 10 video creatives each day for Meta, including various iterations, hooks, and format tests.

• Source footage, stock materials, and references autonomously.

• Edit and manage post-production utilizing your preferred video editing tools.

• Develop variations of high-performing creatives featuring new hooks, alternative opening seconds, and innovative angles.

• Monitor the performance of your creatives and recommend design-focused enhancements.

• Investigate and experiment with new AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Establish production automations to streamline the workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Motion Designer.

• Skilled in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or any effective tool for the task.

• Practical experience with AI video tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, or similar applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of the elements that make a Meta ad creative successful — including formats, technical specifications, and the creative rationale behind conversions.

• You conceptualize in variations rather than singular solutions. A brief serves as a starting point rather than a definitive conclusion.
