This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Collaborate with creative leadership, designers, and project managers to grasp project objectives and transform concepts into captivating motion graphics and animations.
• Design and produce captivating motion graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, sizzle reels, presentations, and video projects.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and animatics to visualize and validate creative concepts effectively.
• Adhere to existing brand guidelines to maintain consistency and cohesion across all visual outputs.
• Edit video content by integrating motion graphics and animations to enhance visual storytelling.
• Build and manage a repository of motion design assets, templates, and resources to facilitate future projects.
• Keep abreast of motion design trends, tools, and techniques, and introduce innovative ideas to the team.
• Organize your schedule and proactively communicate with project managers to ensure deadlines are achieved while upholding high-quality standards.
• Engage in team brainstorming sessions and contribute inventive ideas to enhance creative output.
• Proficient in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar capacity, with a portfolio that highlights your creative work.
• Strong grasp of motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling principles, accompanied by a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with typography, color theory, and the fundamentals of graphic design.
• A true team player who flourishes in collaborative settings and can effectively articulate ideas and concepts.
• Competent in creating animations optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and video.
• Proficient in time management with the ability to handle multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Enthusiastic about staying informed on trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion design and animation.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and navigate creative or technical challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the capacity to present ideas in both internal and client-facing environments.
