AI Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and animate performance creatives based on scripts and storyboards.

• Independently identify visual solutions for scenes lacking pre-existing source material.

• Generate AI-driven images and videos, integrating them with live action, stock footage, and user interfaces.

• Animate the Welltory app, Apple Watch, and interfaces for various devices.

• Engage in tracking, compositing, masking, rotoscoping, and visual effects work.

• Manage editing, sound design, and the final assembly of projects.

• Produce new versions of successful creatives and collaborate with the team to test fresh hooks and visual ideas.

• Explore new AI tools and incorporate them into production when they enhance speed or quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of professional experience in motion design.

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, including Graph Editor, tracking, and compositing skills.

• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and composition.

• Capability to seamlessly integrate UI into devices and live-action footage.

• Fundamental skills in Photoshop and Figma.

• Knowledge of editing and sound design practices.

• Experience with or a keen interest in AI-generated images and videos.

• Quick adaptability to learn new tools.

• Familiarity with performance advertising, hooks, and the effectiveness of creative content.

• Ability to work autonomously without extensive guidance and manage tests and iterations with composure.

• Nice to have: experience in performance marketing, paid social, or mobile applications.

• Nice to have: background in creating advertisements for TikTok, Meta, or YouTube.

• Nice to have: knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D tools, along with automation of repetitive tasks.

• Nice to have: experience in health, wellness, or consumer-focused applications.

• Resume and/or LinkedIn profile required.

• Showreel or portfolio required, showcasing performance and AI creatives if available.
