Motion Designer, Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Convert briefs and concepts into engaging videos, animations, and visual content that deliver strong pacing and impact.

• Generate and modify content for Reels, Stories, media videos, presentations, and corporate communications.

• Create animations and motion graphics using After Effects.

• Edit videos utilizing Premiere Pro, focusing on pacing, storytelling, cuts, music, text, and graphic elements.

• Tailor creative ideas to suit various formats and client specifications.

• Collaborate effectively with the Creative, Planning, Media, and Account teams.

• Manage project organization and file maintenance, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.

• Demonstrated experience in the agency sector.

• Ability to work efficiently across sales, client relations, and operations.

• Results-driven mindset, with the capability to oversee processes from start to finish.

• Proficiency in managing the transition from what was sold to what will be delivered without losing consistency.

• Skilled in Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Experience with AI tools applied to video, imagery, or creative projects.

• Background in working on projects across various industries and formats.
