• Motion Graphics: Design stunning product animations, explainer videos, product walkthroughs, and more. Enhance our brand with sleek title cards, lower thirds, and fluid motion elements.

• Editing and Post-Production: Transform raw footage into refined, high-energy videos focusing on pacing, color, and sound design.

• Short-Form Strategy: You thrive on TikTok, Reels, and LinkedIn. You'll edit our long-form interviews and product demonstrations into impactful cutdowns for social and paid media channels.

• Production (The Big Plus): You're not confined to a monitor. You possess the ability to step behind the camera, set up basic lighting and audio, and capture high-quality interviews or b-roll of the team.

• Iterate at Speed: We consider speed a competitive edge. You'll experiment, deliver, and refine creative assets on a daily basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a creative agency, in-house creative team, or similar role within a high-growth setting.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating on intricate, cross-functional creative projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Creative Cloud Expert: You are highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Storyteller and Social Native: You recognize what constitutes a "hook." You understand the subtleties of aspect ratios, safe zones, and trending styles across social media platforms.

• Tech-Forward: You have a keen interest in AI. You're not just editing videos; you're considering how AI tools can enhance your workflow and assist in storytelling.

• Strong systems thinker: You have a knack for transforming chaotic processes into organized, scalable workflows.

• Excellent communication skills: You communicate clearly, calmly, and directly, particularly when under tight deadlines.

• Production Savvy (Bonus): Familiarity with camera operation (Panasonic Lumix preferred), basic lighting setups, and crisp audio recording is a significant advantage.
