Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop captivating content utilizing animation and motion graphics.

• Transform concepts into visual narratives.

• Engage in extensive collaboration with Terra’s global team members.

• Partner closely with clients based in the U.S. to achieve outstanding outcomes.

• Produce content that elevates Terra’s brand and resonates with its audience.

• Present concepts in both internal and client-facing environments.

• Oversee multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines.

• Address creative and technical challenges effectively.

• Remain updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in motion design and animation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a comparable position.

• A portfolio that demonstrates your creative work.

• A solid grasp of motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling concepts.

• An acute attention to detail and aesthetics.

• Familiarity with typography, color theory, and graphic design basics.

• Ability to collaborate successfully and convey ideas and concepts clearly.

• Skillful at creating animations tailored for social media, websites, and video platforms.

• Excellent time management abilities, capable of managing various projects while meeting tight deadlines.

• Current with trends, new technologies, and best practices in motion design and animation.

• Proven aptitude for solving creative or technical problems.

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Proficient at presenting ideas in both internal and client-facing situations.

• Reside in the Pacific Time Zone and available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PT.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
