Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with creative leadership, designers, and project managers to grasp project objectives and transform concepts into captivating motion graphics and animations.

• Design and create visually engaging motion graphics across various platforms, such as social media, websites, sizzle reels, presentations, and video projects.

• Develop storyboards, style frames, and animatics to visualize and confirm creative concepts.

• Adhere to established brand guidelines to ensure consistency and coherence in all visual outputs.

• Edit video content by incorporating motion graphics and animations to enhance visual storytelling.

• Establish and maintain a library of motion design assets, templates, and resources to facilitate future projects.

• Keep abreast of motion design trends, tools, and techniques, and introduce innovative ideas to the team.

• Manage your schedule efficiently and communicate proactively with project managers to ensure deadlines are met while upholding high-quality standards.

• Engage in team brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas to enhance creative output.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Motion Designer role or a similar position, with a portfolio that highlights your creative work.

• Strong grasp of motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling principles, coupled with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Understanding of typography, color theory, and foundational graphic design principles.

• A true team player who flourishes in collaborative settings and can effectively articulate ideas and concepts.

• Skilled in creating animations tailored for various platforms, including social media, websites, and video.

• Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

• Keen to stay informed about trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion design and animation.

• Proven ability to problem-solve and navigate creative or technical challenges.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the capability to present ideas in both internal and client-facing environments.
